Well, that didn’t last long. The visual refresh from a few months ago wasn’t a big enough break from the first iteration of somatablet to keep me interested in my own website. The fonts were all the same as before, the general layout was 95% the same, and I was already completely tired of the new color motif.
So this evening I whipped up something new. As you can see, I’ve stripped all of the extraneous stuff, and even removed commenting. I get over 100 spam comments a day, and I decided to turn them off for a while. We’ll see if commenting is missed; it may return someday.
This weekend went very well, I think. I had a lot of fun, and I want to talk about it, but I signed an NDA that limits what I can say here. I suggest you do a search on it. I’ve said too much already :) Send me an e-mail and I’d be happy to say more.
Danny picked up Mario Galaxy while I was in California. I enthusiastically recommend it–it uses the Wiimote better than any game I’ve played yet, and it totally messes with your perception. It’s really fun to play, especially after a quarter of Astrophysics that has totally changed/improved my conceptual understanding of gravity and space.
Holy crap! I just realized I only have 9 more days of class (plus 2 or 3 days of finals). Jesus.
